RESCISIONES INICIALES DE ÓRDENES EJECUTIVAS Y ACCIONES PERJUDICIALES

    En virtud de la autoridad que me confieren como Presidente la Constitución y las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América, por la presente se ordena lo siguiente:

Sección 1. Propósito y política. La administración anterior ha incorporado prácticas profundamente impopulares, inflacionarias, ilegales y radicales en todas las agencias y oficinas del gobierno federal. La inyección de “diversidad, equidad e inclusión” (DEI, por sus siglas en inglés) en nuestras instituciones las ha corrompido al reemplazar el trabajo duro, el mérito y la igualdad con una jerarquía preferencial divisoria y peligrosa. Las órdenes de abrir las fronteras han puesto en peligro al pueblo estadounidense y han disuelto recursos federales, estatales y locales que deberían usarse para beneficiar al pueblo estadounidense. El extremismo climático ha disparado la inflación y ha sobrecargado a las empresas con regulaciones.

Para poner en marcha las políticas que harán que nuestra nación vuelva a ser unida, justa, segura y próspera, la política de los Estados Unidos consiste en restablecer el sentido común en el Gobierno federal y liberar el potencial del ciudadano estadounidense.      Sec. 3.  Implementation.  (a)  To effectuate the revocations described in section 2 of this order, the heads of each agency shall take immediate steps to end Federal implementation of unlawful and radical DEI ideology.

     Sec. 4. Disposiciones generales. (a) Nada de lo dispuesto en esta orden se interpretará como que perjudica o afecta de otro modo:
